El Chaparral Golf Club hosted the III Ryder Cup Spain Vs Rest of the World<\/h2>\n

\nEl Chaparral Golf Club<\/a> continues to surprise us with its fun initiatives. On Sunday, June 4th, 2017, the club celebrated the challenge \u201cSpain vs. Rest of the World.\u201d The competition based on Ryder Cup format in which 28 participants (all club members), 14 players per team, went head to head.<\/p>\n

\nThe competition began at 9:00 in the morning followed by a great atmosphere among the participants. They filled the club with enthusiasm and great sportsmanship. They all put the flags of their corresponding countries on their golf carts and wore the polo shirt of the event. The Spanish team wore white polo shirts and the rest of the world, black.<\/p>\n

\nIn total, the tournament brought together participants from nine different countries who did not hesitate to face the Spanish team.<\/p>\n

\nThe final victory after an exciting day of golf was for the Spanish team, 5 to 2 points.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nAt the end of the tournament, after a wonderful lunch at clubhouse for members, friends and relatives of attendees, the captain of the international team, Mike Atkinson, gave the captain of the Spanish team, Felix Pinar, the Championship trophy.<\/p>\n
