{"id":17425,"date":"2018-11-27T17:00:42","date_gmt":"2018-11-27T17:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/golfelchaparral.com\/sv\/the-disembarkment-of-torrijos-charcon-beach\/"},"modified":"2022-11-08T15:28:40","modified_gmt":"2022-11-08T15:28:40","slug":"the-disembarkment-of-torrijos-charcon-beach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/golfelchaparral.com\/sv\/the-disembarkment-of-torrijos-charcon-beach\/","title":{"rendered":"The Disembarkment of Torrijos, Charc\u00f3n Beach"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>The Disembarkment of Torrijos, Charc\u00f3n Beach<\/h1>\n<p>On Saturday, 1st of December at 11am, the Asociaci\u00f3n Hist\u00f3rico-Cultural Torrijos 1831, following their tradition since 2003, will hold the historical reenactment of the &#8220;The Disembarkment of Torrijos&#8221; on the El Charc\u00f3n beach (near El Faro de Calaburras), situated on the Mijas coastline, real-life scenario of the events that occured there on the 2nd of December 1831, protagonised by a group of liberals under the command of the General Jose Mar\u00eda Torrijos y Uriarte, who sought to establish a regimen of freedom in our country based on the text of the C\u00e1diz Constitution of 1812.<\/p>\n<p>Also, this year we will have the recreation on the daily life of the carabinieri stationed in the watchtower of La Cala at 12\u00b430pm.<\/p>\n<p>To thank as always the collaboration in the recreation of the Cultural Historical Association Torrijos 1831 and the Bodega Bandolero de La Cala.
