Chaparral Golf Club is looking to hire someone for our Customer Service/Reception department.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, provide service, collect payments, and inform golf course members and clients about all services and products.

  • Reception and customer service for golf players.

  • Personalized attention and excellent communication skills.

  • Reservation management and invoicing.

  • Preparation of competition cards before, during, and after tournaments.

  • Cash register management and closing.

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Languages: Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.

  • Availability to work weekends.

  • Excellent communication skills and a personable nature.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Versatile individual.

  • Problem-solving abilities.
