
Chaparral Golf Club is looking to hire someone for our Customer Service/Reception department.
Responsibilities
Welcome, provide service, collect payments, and inform golf course members and clients about all services and products.
Reception and customer service for golf players.
Personalized attention and excellent communication skills.
Reservation management and invoicing.
Preparation of competition cards before, during, and after tournaments.
Cash register management and closing.
Work within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Languages: Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
Availability to work weekends.
Excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
Strong organizational skills.
Versatile individual.
Problem-solving abilities.
