Last Sunday 24th April El Chaparral Golf Club celebrated the forth monthly member’s competition for the Club Championship. With a total of 30 players and amazing weather, all players enjoyed a great day, full of fun and great golf. Calendar Competitions 2016

First Ryder Cup Chaparral’s friends, who has played in Sherry Golf, following the format of this famous competition. The two teams of 14 players each, fought a duel match play; Saturday 9th partner best ball, and Sunday 10th individually. The teams have beaten with sportsmanship, and the result has been very tight. Last 17th March we celebrate St Patricks Day. Irish traditional Stew, Guinness, Whiskey and song were enjoyed by all well into the night. On Friday 11th March, 12 players from Oxley Park Golf Club in Wolverhampton, England (the former club where our Captain was a Captain in England) played a match against a team from El Chaparral Golf Club. It was an excellent day had by all, with great golf, new friends made and a wonderful meal afterwards.
