Charity Captains Day a great success

1500€ raised for this years Charity “Médicos sin Fronteras”

El Chaparral captain Phil Flaxman and his team had everything well prepared in advance for this annual event at the club. Multiple prizes were on offer to all the participants, as well as special prizes for the most elegant team,the most original outfit, etc.

The tournament was very well attended, and the modality for the team event was the two best stableford scores . The early shotgun start on a very warm day was the prelude to a competitive day of golf, with the team formed by Rafael Diaz, Jesús Salas, Pepe Díaz and Cristóbal Rodríguez tying with Nicolás Madrid, Ignacio Serrano, Francisco Romero and Antonio García, their lower handicap giving them victory. In the individual categories, Paul Cunningham with a magnificent 45 points, and Liz Britton came out on top.

To end the day, all the participants enjoyed a magnificent meal in the clubhouse with live music.
